ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed for the non-compliance of the order passed in W.P.No.28307 of 2005 dated 22.09.2014.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that against the order passed by the Single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.28307 of 2005 dated 22.09.2014, the respondent/department has filed the writ appeal in W.A.No.827 of 2015, before the Division Bench of this Court. The Hon'ble Division Bench in its order dated 15.03.2018 quashed the order of Single Judge and modified the punishment as "Compulsory retirement" and subsequently, the modified order has been complied with on 16.10.2018 in Proceedings in Rc.No.K4/16110/2017 and D.O.No.1141/2018. He has also produced the copy of the proceedings in Rc.No.K4/16110/2017 dated 30.09.2019 before this Court. 2/3

4. Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader and perusing the copy of the proceedings produced before this Court, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
