J., This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that on 29.04.2025, this Criminal Original Petition had been dismissed as withdrawn and the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition had also been closed. However, in the order, the Criminal Original Petition number is wrongly mentioned as 9276 of 2025 instead of 2005 of 2025, and the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition number is also wrongly mentioned as 2005 of 2025 instead of 9276 of 2025. Thus, he prayed for suitable directions.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, Registry is directed to issue an order copy afresh forthwith by making necessary corrections in the order dated 29.04.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.2005 of 2025 and Crl.M.P.No.9276 of 2025.
