This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to dispense with the production of certified copy of fair and final order passed in I.A.No. 1080 of 2004 in O.S.No.1292 of 2004, dated 18.03.2016 passed by Principal District Munsif Court, Erode.

2. The learned counsel for Petitioner would submit that the Petitioner has filed application for issuance of certified copy of the fair and final order, but the same is not made ready till date. Hence, he may be permitted to produce xerox copy of fair and final order. Accordingly, he filed the present petition praying to dispense with the production of the same.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to number the Second Appeal, if it is otherwise found to be in order.
