ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed, challenging the impugned order of promotion issued by the 1st respondent in Proceeding No.P2/24565/2008 dated 29.09.09 and quash the same, insofar as the respondents 2, 3 and 4 are concerned. 2.

become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the same, permission is granted. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
