ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, in pursuance of the complaint given before the second respondent by the third respondent in Crime No.not known of 2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (crl side) would submit that the complaint is with regard to the matrimonial dispute and on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enquiry was conducted in C.No.2/1032AWPS/COP-VISITORS-22 and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

3.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondents shall not call the petitioners in the guise of enquiry and harass them.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
