[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's daughter viz., Prabha, aged 17 years, before this Court and hand over her custody to the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, the alleged detenu viz. Prabha was secured by the police on 21.04.2021 in Muthialpet P.S.Crime https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.12 of 2021 and was handed over to the petitioner on the same day.

Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
