ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 04.01.2022 for the offence punishable under Section 4(1)(aaa) and 4 (1-A) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, in Crime No.279 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

The petitioner has been arrayed as A-7 in the petition mentioned case. Though A-1 and the petitioner were arrested immediately on 04.01.2022, some of the accused are not secured so far. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In view of the same, if this petitioner is released on bail, he may try to tamper the witness and hamper the investigation. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
