This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari calling for the emergency council meeting notice in Agenda No.1 dated 26.08.2011 passed by the first respondent and quash the same as illegal, improper, unreasonable, arbitrary and against the law without jurisdiction and against the natural justice.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
