Petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the 1st Respondent to dispose of his representation dated 23.10.2020 within a stipulated period.
2.According to the Petitioner, he was dismissed from service by the 3rd Respondent vide proceedings dated 24.06.2009. Challenging the order of dismissal, the Petitioner preferred an Appeal on 04.04.2011 before the 2nd Respondent herein. The Petitioner was asked to be present before the 2nd Respondent on 14.11.2011 for an enquiry. It is the case of the Petitioner that, without even hearing him, the 2nd Respondent, by an order dated 16.11.2011, confirmed the order passed by the 3rd Respondent herein. Aggrieved by the same, the Petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
preferred an Appeal before the 1st Respondent on 15.12.2011. But, he did not receive any reply from the 1st Respondent till date. In respect of his grievance, the Petitioner made a representation to the 1st Respondent on 23.10.2020. Pending consideration of the same, the Petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition.
3.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material documents available on record.
4.Having slept for nearly a decade, the Petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition with an innocuous prayer to dispose of his representation dated 23.10.2020. This Court is not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition at this stage. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
