O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the accused No.5 to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.51 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) who is appearing for the first respondent has submitted that during pendency of this petition, investigation has been completed and a charge sheet has been filed on 30.07.2015 and based on the same, the case was taken on file in C.C.No.188 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Vellore and one witness has been examined as P.W.1 and hence this petition has become infructuous.

3.Considering the aforesaid submissions, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
