This Petition has been filed to bring the respondents 5 and 6 on record as the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent, and rank them as the respondents 5 and 6 in the above said appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsels on both sides, this petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title with regard to the respondents 5 and 6, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the case on 13.09.2023.
