Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the second respondent in his Proceedings Mu.Mu.No.00655/A3/2007 dated 06.03.2007 and the consequential proceedings of the third respondent in his Proceedings O.Mu.No.1896/A3/2007 dated 11.05.2007 and quash the same and direct the respondents to approve the appointment of Tmt.P.Saraswathy as B.T.Assistant (English) from the date of their appointment with all consequential benefits.
