(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 02.12.2013 passed by this Court in W.P.No.26728 of 2013 has not been complied https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with and he has also filed an affidavit of the respondent along with the proceedings in R.C.1959/2016/M2 dated 20.02.2016.

3.In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed.
