ORDER

Alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ in W.P.No.21399 of 2016, dated 23.06.2016, the present contempt

petition has been filed by the petitioner.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate, by producing the proceedings dated 06.10.2017 issued by the 1st respondent in G.O.No.499, submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by the respondents. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also submitted that the order has been complied with.

4.Placing on record the above said proceedings and the submission made on either side, the contempt petition is closed.
