JUDGMENT

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants brought to the notice of this Court that he handed over the case bundle along with the Change of Vakalat on 19.04.2017 itself. To that effect, the High Court Legal Services Committee issued an acknowledgment to the learned counsel earlier appeared for the appellant.

2.However, no steps had been taken by the appellants either to engage an Advocate or to represent his case himself, though the Change of Vakalat was given on 19.04.2017. Thus, this Court is unable to proceed with the case on merits. 3.Accordingly, the Second Appeal stands closed. However, the respective parties are at liberty to restore the Second Appeal, if they have chosen to do so within a reasonable period of time. No costs.
