ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 13.07.2012 in CRP.NPD.No.2574 of 2012 thereby directed the respondents to vacate the petition premises and hand over the possession of the demised premises to the landlord, subject to payment of rent regularly including arrears of rent and future rent till handing over the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ possession.

This Court passed the said order on 13.07.2012. Without even completing six months, the present contempt petition has been filed on 04.10.2012 alleging that the respondents did not vacate the premises as directed by this Court. Admittedly, this Court granted six months for vacating the premises and hand over the same. Even without completing six months, the present contempt petition is filed. Therefore, no contempt is made out as against the respondents.
