W.P.No.4409 of 2017 W.P.No.4409 of 2017 ABDUL QUDDHOSE ,J Learned Judicial Magistrate No. II (Full Additional Charge of Principal District Munsif), Alandur, has sought for extension of time, to comply with the order, dated 20/6/2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.4409 of 2017 and has also addressed letters on 1/12/2020 and 9/12/2020 to the Registry of this Court giving reasons as to why extension will have to be granted. The same has been perused by this Court and this Court is satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

2. Accordingly, a further period of four months time is granted to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II (Full Additional Charge of Principal District Munsif), Alandur, to dispose of the suits in O.S.Nos.95 and 185 of 2012, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 11/1/2021 mvs.
