O R D E R

When the matter is called today, pursuant to the orders passed by this Court on 31.08.2021, the presence of the petitioner has been secured by the Inspector of Police, V-5, Thirumangalam Police Station, Chennai.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Entry Tax has already been paid in full by the Petitioner, which is confirmed by the Petitioner. Mr. Velavan, State Tax Officer (Investigation) also verified and informed before this Court that the payment of Entry Tax had already been made. 3.

Recording the submissions so made by the Parties, the warrant issued shall stands cancelled. Hence, no further adjudication is required in this matter.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
