ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the FIR pending in Crime No.440 of 2022 dated 26.12.2022 from the file of the Respondent Police.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner had given complaint against one Ravichandran. On the basis of the complaint, FIR in Crime No.440 of 2022 was registered for the offence under Sections 294(b), 506(1) of IPC and 3(1)(r) & 3(1)(s) was registered. However, till now, no effective investigation has been conducted, necessitating the filing of this petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) submitted that respondent is proceeding with the investigation. The community certificate given by the petitioner is sent for verification. Once, the verification report is received, further investigation will be taken up and final report would be filed in due course.
4. In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is of the view that investigation is proceeding in the right line and therefore, transfer of investigation is not required in this case. Final report has to be filed within a period of three months from the date of copy of this order.
