O R D E R

The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner seeking payment of compensation towards the acquisition of the petitioner's land within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner's land was acquired for industrial purpose, therefore, the petitioner had made a representation dated 17.01.2022 before the respondents seeking payment of compensation towards the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

same. However, till date, the same has not been considered. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed with the aforesaid relief.

3. Though very many grounds have been raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, it would suffice, if this Court, issues a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 17.01.2022 made by the petitioner and dispose of the same on merits, within the time stipulated by this Court.

4. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents 1 & 2 submits that the award has already passed in favour of the petitioner and the same will be communicated to the petitioner.

5. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

6. If the petitioner has any grievance with regard to the award passed, the liberty is granted to the petitioner to seek for higher compensation in the manner known to law. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CS III) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar NHS To 1.
