Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records in Na.Ka.No.28325/O1/05 dated 03.07.2008 issued by the second respondent and to quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to disburse the retiral benefits due to the petitioner within a stipulated time limit. O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned letter Na.Ka.No.28325/O1/05 dated 03.07.2008 issued by the second respondent and seeking a direction to the second respondent to disburse the retiral benefits due to the petitioner within a stipulated time limit.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that after https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

recovering Rs.29,726/- payable to the respondents department, a sum of Rs.1,48,707/- has been paid to the petitioner by way of cheque bearing No.859844 dated 03.12.2009.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent, the writ petition is dismissed as nothing further survives for adjudication. Consequently, connected M.P. is closed. No costs.
