2.The Petitioner challenges the impugned order of detention in C2/753/2020 dated 13.01.2020 detaining her husband as "Goonda", as contemplated under Section 2(f) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.
3.The learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition as the Government has already revoked the detention order passed against the detenu. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor reports that the order of detention passed against the detenu has been revoked by the Government by its order in G.O. Rt. No.799, Home, Prohibition ane Excise (XIV) Department, dated 17.02.2020 and he has also produced a copy of the Government Order.
