This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of a Writ of certiorari calling for the records relating to the proceedings No.Mu.Mu.No.7218/A3/2009-2 of the respondent dated 07.10.2009 and quash the same.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a stamp vendor, he was admittedly suspended by proceedings of the respondent dated 07.10.2009, and challenging the same this writ petition is filed.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition the suspension order was canceled on 16.08.2009. Hence, nothing survives for further consideration. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
