Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records leading to issue of impugned order dated 29.12.2006 in Na.Ka.No.1000/2006 on the file of the second respondent herein and quash the same and direct the second respondent herein to regularize the petitioners' unapproved house plots to an extent of 30,485+2500 square feet and 30,278 square feet in S.F.No.254/part situated at Sivanandapuram, Saravanampatti, Coimbatore District.
