Cont.P.No.1240 of 2015 complied with, inasmuch as, on the complaint dated 28.12.2014 that was given by the petitioner, the police registered a case in Crime No.391 of 2015 on 23.03.2015 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294-B, 427 and 506(I) IPC. She further submitted that the Referred Charge Sheet (RCS) notice in R.C.S.No.95 of 2015 was filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Kancheepuram.
