ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition, to punish the respondent for disobeying the order of this Court in W.P.No.4625 of 2022 dated 01.07.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the order was passed by this Court on 01.07.2022 in W.P.No.4625 of 2022, the first respondent has now issued Notification No.38 as Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 20.09.2023 stating that S.No.53/7A, Surappattu Village, Madhavaram Taluk, Chennai District, Greater Chennai Corporation limit classified as " Non-Urban Use Zone" is now re-classified as " Commercial Use Zone" subject to the condition that the applicant has to comply all the conditions of WRD before issuance of planning permission for development by the Local Body concerned. 2/4

3. In the light of the above development, this contempt petition is closed. Liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
