Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing respondents 1 and 2 to forthwith implement the recommendations/directions/instructions issued by the 4th respondent in G.O.680 dated 16.11.1999 published in the gazette of the Government of India/Ministry of Labour in NoU.23013/3/92-LW(Vol2) by paying wages to the petitioners on par with the lowest category of regular employees within the services of respondent 1 and 2.
