The Writ Petition has been filed by one K.Hemavathi, seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to select her for the post of Graduate Assistant, considering her employment registration dated 03.08.1992, prior to filling up the vacancies as contemplated in G.O.(Ms)No.146 School Education Department dated 29.06.2009.
2.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous, since the post of Graduate Assistant, which is now B.T. Assistant, were all to be considered only by the Teachers Recruitment Board and the petitioner can be appointed on the basis of the seniority in the employment exchange. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
