J, This petition has been filed to permit the petitioners to pay the Court Fee of Rs.5,373.00 instead of total Court Fee of Rs.11,373.00 by exempting the Appellants to pay the Remaining Court fee of Rs.6,000/- at the time of filing of the Appeal and permit the Appellants to pay the same after the Judgment in the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
