This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 23.11.2022 in W.P.No.31237 of 2022.

2. Today when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate submits that, the orders of this Court had been complied with and he has produced written instructions to that effect, where the petitioner has acknowledged receipt of the documents sent on 08.02.2023. This position has not been controverted by the learned counsel for the petitioner also.
