ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Jurisdictional Court daily till the Charge Sheet is taken on the trial Judge in Crl.M.P.No.15760 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12412 of 2024 dated 06.10.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.15760 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12412 of 2024 dated 06.10.2023 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
