The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that one Irudhayanathan has filed a claim petition claiming compensation for the injuries sustained by him in the accident that took place on 28.04.2010. The Tribunal has dismissed the claim petition and rejected the claim of the said Irudhayanathan, by an award dated 27.09.2019. After passing of the award, the said Irudhayanathan passed away on 06.11.2019. The petitioners herein are the legal heirs who are wife and daughters of the said Irudhayanathan. The legal heirship certificate and death certificate had been filed by them to prove that they are the legal heirs and Mr.Irudhayanathan was passed away on 06.11.2019. 2.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the petition is ordered. 24.02.2020 mtl Note: Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments and list the case in the usual course.
