This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the Respondents herein for their wilful disobedience and gross negligence of the order dated 16.12.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.21242 of 2022.

2. As against the order passed by this Court, the respondent has filed writ appeal before this Court and the Hon'ble First Bench also granted interim order in the writ appeal.

3. In such view of the matter, no further order is necessary in the contempt petition and therefore, the Contempt Petition is closed accordingly. 31.03.2023 Index :
