This contempt petition has been filed against the non-compliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.3616 of 2011 dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 02.07.2012.

The learned counsel Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent as well as the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent would submit that challenging the order of this Court dated 02.07.2012, the respondents have filed W.A.No.2806 of 2012. By order dated 01.08.2014, the Division Bench of this Court allowed the writ appeal and set aside the order dated 02.07.2012 made in W.P.No.3616 of 2011.

3. In the light of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in the contempt petition. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed.
