This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl. O.P. No.15869 of 2024 dated 05.07.2024 that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m. until the completion of trial 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition regularly for more than 6 months.
