O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the investigation in Crime No.953 of 2019, on the file of the first respondent Police.

2.The learned Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the respondent on instructions submitted that the respondent Police have completed the investigation and filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore on 20.11.2019 and the Court below has not yet taken cognizance.

3.In view of the above development, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore, to act upon the final report filed by the respondent, within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the petitioner is aggrieved with the final report, it is left open to the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
