ORDER

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has placed before this Court the order of the respondent dated 08.08.2023, in compliance with the directions given by this Court which is the subject matter of this Contempt Petition.

2. The order dated 08.08.2023 has also been sent to the petitioner which has been returned with an endorsement 'No such person'. A Xerox copy of the returned order with an endorsement has also been produced before this Court by the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. However, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the order dated 08.08.2023 does not amount to full compliance of the order passed by this Court.

4. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 08.08.2023, he will have to challenge the same in the manner known to him under law. 2/4

Since the order of this Court dated 10.10.2022 passed in WP.No.26861 of 2022, which is the subject matter of this Contempt Petition, has been complied with by the respondent, this Contempt Petition stands closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 08.08.2023 passed by the respondent in the manner known to him under law.
