Respondent PRAYER: This criminal original petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.16358 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26047 of 2024 dated 22.11.2024.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.16358 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26047 of 2024 dated 22.11.2024. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16358 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26047 of 2024 dated 22.11.2024 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police twice a month i.e., first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
