Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to hand over the complaints of the petitioner dated 31.01.2002 and 17.06.2004 to the CBCID, Chennai to investigate into the false complaint given by the 4th respondent and registered by the 3rd respondent for extorting money and initiate necessary action against the respondents 3 and 4 in accordance with law.

O R D E R

The prayer in the Writ Petition is for a Writ of Mandamus to transfer the investigation on the petitioner's complaints dated 31.01.2002 and 17.06.2004 to the CBCID, Chennai. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. It is seen that the petitioner's complaints were given about 17 years back and at this belated stage, it would not be appropriate for this Court to interfere and transfer the investigation, in case it is still pending. If at all the petitioner is still aggrieved, it is always open to him to work out his remedies in the manner known to law. Hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
