This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the respondents 4 to 6 on the petitioner's representation dated 06.09.2017 and in pursuance with the Order passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.100-1/2017 dated 11.09.2017 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 2/4
