ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the revision. He has also made an endorsement in the case bundles to that effect. He further sought the indulgence of this Court to grant liberty to the petitioner to challenge the confiscation order in the manner known to law.

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the confiscation order, if so advised in the manner known to law.
