2. Heard Mr. . T. Shanmugaboopathi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A. Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent submitted that the parties have already entered into a Memorandum of Understanding on 15.12.2023 and cheques have been issued towards full and final settlement dated 01.03.2024 and 01.06.2024.

4. The respondent police have also filed a closure report as 'further action dropped' before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III,
