JUDGMENT

The second appeal is directed as against the judgment and decree dated 06.04.2005 and made in A.S.No.24 of 2004 on the file of the Subordinate Court Judge, Sankagiri and made in O.S.No.53 of 1998 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Sankagiri dated 30.10.2003.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted no instructions on behalf of the appellant. Though several opportunities given to the appellant, there is no response from the appellant. It shows that the appellant have no interest to proceed with this appeal.
