2. The learned Government Pleader (Puducherry) appearing for respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4 would submit that the petitioner has withdrawn the complaint and the case filed agaist the third respondent was also dismissed by the Court.

3. The learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3 would submit that the third respondent has retired from service and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication. Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
