(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the detenu, who is a life convict in Central Prison, Salem, seeking leave for six months. It is seen that the petitioner/detenu has given representation in this regard to the second respondent through the third respondent on 14.09.2015.

In such circumstances, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.09.2015 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner.
