This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the impugned circular No. R.O.C.No.1062/2003/F1 dated 22.05.2003 and consequently direct the second respondent to hear and dispose the petitioner's unnumbered complaint under Section 340 of Cr.P.C., bearing Court Fee Register No.4663 of 2005 of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Udumalpet, in accordance with law.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, no one is appearing on behalf of the petitioner either in person nor through counsel.

Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to cost.
