ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.12653 of 2025 in Crl.OP.No.2298 of 2025 dated 14.07.2025, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police monthly twice ie., on Monday in the first week and Thursday in the third week of every month at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is though complying condition but is irregular and absented himself for some days.

3. Considering the said submission, the period in which the petitioner has complied the condition for substantial period, condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.12653 of 2025 in Crl.OP.No.2298 of 2025 dated 14.07.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
