O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records of the second respondent pertaining to the Award dated 26.08.2009 passed in I.D.No.16 of 2003 and quash the same and also to direct the first respondent/Management to reinstate the petitioner with continuity of services, back wages and all other attendant benefits.

2. Both side counsels made joint representation that in pursuant to the settlement entered into between the parties, the matter has been amicably settled and as per the terms of the settlement dated 18.09.2014, the management had agreed to pay the workman a sum of Rs.70,000/- as full and final settlement and the same has been received by the petitioner as well.

3. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed as "Settled". There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
