Nos.14710 to 14713 of 2007.

2. This Court, while disposing of the writ petitions, directed the respondents to register the sale deed of the petitioner in the respective petition subject to filing declaration under Form 16 and subject to payment of deficit stamp duty.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry), produced before this Court the communication he has received from the Sub Registrar, Oulgaret, Puducherry, to the effect that the documents namely the sale deeds which were the subject matter of the writ petitions were returned to the respective petitioners in the writ petitions collecting deficit stamp duty even on 24.01.2017. It is stated that one of the petitioners in the writ petition has received the documents on behalf of all the petitioners. It is further stated that one of the petitioners namely Tmt.Sampooram has settled the property in favour of one Mani, her maternal grand son.

4. Though the learned counsel for the petitioners has no instructions regarding compliance, based on the submissions of the learned Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry), reporting compliance, these contempt petitions are closed. No costs.
