When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the second respondent has died on 09.10.2009 and there is no legal representative to the deceased second respondent for pursuing the case. He has also furnished a copy of the death certificate of the deceased second respondent, before this Court.
